Decent place for engineering, culture needs work

Pros: You'll definitely learn a lot about **thermal engineering** and project management. The team in the **Kuala Lumpur office** is generally supportive, especially for new **mechanical engineering** graduates. There's a decent sense of camaraderie among peers when you're **onsite**.
Cons: The culture feels pretty top-down, and new ideas aren't always embraced quickly. It can be tough to speak up without feeling like you're stepping on toes. There's not much room for informal feedback.
Advice to Management: Encourage more open dialogue and implement a proper feedback system. Empower younger engineers to contribute ideas more freely. Show more
