Okay Place for Stability, Culture Needs Work
Pros: The job security is solid here; you don't really worry about layoffs in this corporate environment. For us manufacturing technicians, the work is pretty consistent and there are regular team meetings to keep everyone aligned on production goals.
Cons: The company culture feels pretty top-down, and it's tough to get new ideas heard if you're not in management. Sometimes, there's a lot of micromanagement, especially on the production line, which can feel stifling for experienced team members. It doesn't always feel like employee recognition is a priority.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the ground-level employees and empower team leads. Foster a more open environment where ideas can flow freely, not just from the top. Invest in modernizing employee recognition programs.
