Okay benefits, but salary growth is slow
Pros: The medical benefits are pretty solid for a company in IT solutions. You get decent EPF contributions, which is good for long-term savings. They do offer a yearly bonus, but it's not huge.
Cons: For a Software Engineer in Kuala Lumpur, the base salary isn't super competitive. Raises are often small, making career growth feel limited financially. Don't expect big pay bumps even with more responsibilities in system integration projects.
Advice to Management: Review the compensation structure for technical roles, especially for experienced Software Engineers. Competitive salaries and clearer paths for raises would really help with retention. Show more
