Good Starting Point for New Financial Advisors
Pros: As a new financial advisor, the initial training here is pretty decent. They help you get licensed and understand the financial products. You get good exposure to clients in the Kuala Lumpur market.
Cons: After the initial phase, career growth feels pretty stagnant. There isn't a super clear path for promotion or moving into more specialized wealth management roles. It's tough to see what's next for senior financial advisors.
Advice to Management: Create more structured career paths for financial advisors beyond just sales targets. Offer advanced training or mentorship for senior roles to keep people engaged. Show more
