We provide online booking platform for pregnant mothers looking for therapist to care for them during confinement. In short, we are the “Grab” for confinement services.

Why we come to existence is because we discover that pregnant mothers especially first time mommies have lack of access to a good post natal therapists, they are clueless on the importance of traditional confinement activities and most if the times too busy to find therapists until the due date is very near then alas they found out every therapist they know are already fully booked.

PantangPlus offer them solutions by providing them a very user friendly platform for them to request quote, answer their queries and book their dates.

Okay for starting out, but growth is slow

Pros: I've met some really solid people here. As a Marketing Coordinator, you get to touch a lot of different projects, which is good for learning basics. The onsite team in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally supportive.
Cons: Career growth is definitely a challenge. There aren't many clear paths for advancement, especially for mid-level roles in the wellness industry. It feels like you hit a ceiling pretty quickly, and formal training for new skills isn't really a thing.
Advice to Management: Invest more in employee development and create clearer career paths. People want to grow, and currently, there just isn't much structure for it. Consider offering more training programs or mentorship opportunities. Show more
