Project Coordinator

Okay for onsite, tough for true flexibility

Pros: If you're okay with standard onsite hours, it's a predictable environment. As a Project Coordinator, being at the Kuala Lumpur office or on site for property development projects is the norm, so it fits that expectation. They do pay on time, which is solid.
Cons: Work flexibility is pretty much non-existent for most roles outside of very senior management. Forget about true work-from-home (WFH) options; it's a very corporate, in-office culture. They don't really seem to trust employees with a hybrid work model.
Advice to Management: Consider adopting more modern work arrangements. Offering even a few days of remote work could significantly improve morale and talent attraction in the current market, especially for roles not tied to physical construction sites. Show more
