Pros: I've met some really collaborative colleagues here. Everyone on the digital marketing team is usually willing to help. We also get pretty good work flexibility when you need to WFH.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit cliquey sometimes. It's hard to break into certain groups, especially in the Chicago office. Communication from upper leadership also isn't consistent for Marketing Specialist roles.
Advice to Management: Focus on building a more inclusive company culture across all departments. Improve leadership transparency, especially for marketing and creative teams.
