We are continuously innovating to provide best in class IT consulting, implementation, maintenance, custom products, mobility and cloud operations.
Today it has grown into a global company with 2 delivery centers in Malaysia and India. We have our sales and consulting offices in Singapore, UAE & Saudi Arabia. The India Delivery Centre caters to western world which includes the US, Europe, Australia and rest of the world. The Malaysia center will cater to Malaysian market, south east Asia and middle east market.
The objective is to create a company of international repute based on best practices to ever increasing and highly satisfying customer base.

Pros: Some team leads are really supportive. They help us out when we're stuck on a tricky software development problem. There's a decent focus on collaboration within the remote teams, which is a big plus for WFH folks and helps us feel connected, even from the Austin area.
Cons: Upper management leadership can feel pretty disconnected from day-to-day operations. As a Software Engineer, I've seen decisions made that don't always make sense for engineering teams. Communication from the top isn't always clear, especially regarding new initiatives in the tech industry.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present and transparent with your teams, especially the remote staff. It would help a lot if leadership communicated better about strategic direction and how it impacts day-to-day engineering work. We need clearer goals for our software development projects.
