Production Engineer

Okay for entry-level, but growth is slow

Pros: You learn a lot about industrial processes and machinery initially. Good for new grads as a first job in the Shah Alam plant. There's job security in this established company, which is decent.
Cons: Career growth here is pretty limited, especially for Production Engineer roles. There aren't many opportunities to move up or switch departments easily. You can get stuck doing the same thing for years without much change or new challenges.
Advice to Management: Management should create clearer career paths and offer more internal training for upward mobility. It would help retain talent in technical roles. Show more
