Pros: I've had a couple of great team leads. They're super helpful for learning the ropes in financial reporting. The company does offer solid training resources for new Junior Accountant roles.
Cons: The senior leadership team can be really out of touch. It's tough to get them to listen to feedback from staff accountants. There's not much transparency from upper management on firm-wide decisions, which is frustrating.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to improve communication across all levels. Listen to your staff accountants more often. Also, try to standardize leadership quality; it's too varied.
