Pros: I got to work on lots of different digital design projects, which was great for building my portfolio as a Graphic Designer. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is pretty supportive too, which makes learning easier.
Cons: There's not much room to grow past junior-level roles. Promotions are super rare, and it feels like you're stuck unless someone leaves. Hard to see a future here for career progression in the creative industry.
Advice to Management: Create clear paths for career advancement, especially for mid-level designers. Having structured mentorship or training programs would also help retain talent and show there's a future here.
