Pros: The company culture here is genuinely positive, fostering a very supportive and collaborative environment among software engineers working in defense tech. I really appreciate the work flexibility, especially being remote, which makes work-life balance achievable. The projects are impactful and technically engaging.
Cons: While the work is great, sometimes the career growth framework could be clearer for long-term planning. Also, approval processes can occasionally be slow, which is somewhat expected in the government contracting industry.
Advice to Management: Continue to refine clear career progression paths for all roles. Streamlining internal approval processes where possible would also be beneficial.
