Pros: I've really enjoyed the collaborative culture here. My colleagues are incredibly smart and supportive, which makes learning new things in financial consulting, especially around equity compensation, a great experience. The hybrid work model also offers good flexibility and contributes to a decent work-life balance for the industry.
Cons: Sometimes, the promotion process can feel a bit slow. Also, there are definitely periods of heavy workload and tight deadlines, but it's generally manageable.
Advice to Management: Continue to refine career pathing and perhaps explore ways to streamline the promotion process for high performers. Also, ensure consistent resource allocation to mitigate peak workload periods.
