Stable Company with Great Learning for Data Professionals
Pros: I've really valued my role as a Data Analyst in this information and analytics company. It's a very stable, large multinational corporation offering good job security. The hybrid model for our London office provides great work flexibility. I've had solid learning opportunities and found colleagues supportive. Pay and benefits are competitive for the industry.
Cons: Career advancement can feel a bit slow, and some internal approval processes could definitely be streamlined for better efficiency.
Advice to Management: Management could look into streamlining some of the internal approval workflows to speed things up. Also, clearer paths and faster cycles for career advancement for data professionals would be beneficial to keep talent engaged.
