Pros: The hybrid model is a solid perk. As a Recruitment Coordinator, I get a couple of WFH days, which is super helpful for avoiding Austin, TX morning traffic. It's nice to have that option built in.
Cons: The 'flexibility' has limits, though. It's a set hybrid schedule, not truly flexible hours. For staffing roles, you're expected to be available constantly, even on WFH days. Can't really shift your workday much if something unexpected pops up.
Advice to Management: Consider allowing more true flexibility with start and end times, especially on WFH days. It would really help with work-life balance for those in demanding recruitment roles.
