Great Place for Learning and Teamwork in a Hybrid Environment
Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Project Coordinator. The company culture is genuinely collaborative; everyone's always willing to lend a hand, which makes daily tasks and learning new things much easier. I appreciate the hybrid work model which offers great flexibility. It's a stable environment, and I've had good opportunities to develop my project management skills and learn about different areas of our operations.
Cons: One area that could use some improvement is the speed of internal approval processes. Sometimes getting a decision or a sign-off can take longer than you'd expect, which can slow down project timelines. Also, some of the older internal tools feel a bit clunky compared to newer solutions, but they do the job.
Advice to Management: Consider streamlining some of the internal approval processes to improve efficiency and project timelines. Also, exploring updates to some legacy systems could benefit overall productivity.
