Okay Pay, Standard Benefits for Creative Work
Pros: The salary for a Graphic Designer here is decent for the Manila market. It's competitive enough for most entry to mid-level creative roles. They do offer standard HMO after regularization, which is a solid perk.
Cons: Don't expect huge salary jumps, even as you gain more experience in digital design. The benefits package is pretty basic; it can't really compete with bigger advertising industry players. There's not much in terms of performance bonuses or extra perks beyond the essentials.
Advice to Management: Review salary bands for creative roles and consider enhancing the benefits package to retain talent. A clear performance bonus structure would really help with motivation.

Okay place, but job security can be shaky
Pros: The team is super collaborative, which is great for creative roles in a fast-paced environment. I learned a ton about post-production workflows and really polished my skills as a Motion Graphics Designer. We worked on some cool animation projects.
Cons: Job security isn't the best here, especially for project-based creative staff. Projects can end abruptly, and you might find yourself looking for new work faster than you'd like. There's not much clear communication about long-term company plans, especially for individual contributors in the Manila office.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about upcoming projects and the long-term vision. It would help a lot with employee morale and job security concerns for the creative teams, especially within the animation studio.
