Stable Role in a Major Food Manufacturer
Pros: The best part about working here is the job security. It's a large, established food manufacturing company, so you feel stable. My colleagues are also really supportive, which helps a lot. There are opportunities to learn new processes in the production planning team.
Cons: Sometimes, the career growth can feel a bit slow, especially when you're looking to move up quickly. Also, the approval processes can be a bit bureaucratic, which means some tasks take longer than they should.
Advice to Management: Focus on streamlining some of the internal approval processes to help teams move faster. Also, consider clearer pathways for career advancement to retain talent.

RFM offers good stability, slow growth
Pros: I've been with this large corporate company for a while. Layoffs aren't really a concern here for most roles. My Senior Supply Chain Analyst position in the Chicago office feels quite secure.
Cons: Don't expect rapid career moves though. There's not much upward mobility or departmental changes. Sometimes new projects shift roles, but it's not a huge threat.
Advice to Management: The company should invest more in employee development. Create clearer career paths for us.

Marketing Coordinator

Onsite Rules, Not Much Flexibility Offered
Pros: I've learned a ton about the food and beverage industry here. The teams in the Manila office are super collaborative, which is great for new marketing roles. Job security feels pretty solid too.
Cons: There's barely any work flexibility. As a Marketing Coordinator, you're expected to be onsite all the time, no real hybrid options. It makes managing personal stuff tough.
Advice to Management: Please consider offering more flexible work arrangements or a hybrid model. It would really improve employee satisfaction for roles like ours.
