Company Reviews

At Staffwiz, we help businesses build and scale high-performing teams with fully managed remote talent — reducing workload and operating costs by up to 70%, with hires ready in as little as 14 days.

Most companies don’t struggle with growth — they struggle with hiring, rising payroll costs, and operational bottlenecks.

Salaries keep increasing, hiring takes months, and internal teams get stretched thin. Over time, the admin and operational side of the business becomes the biggest constraint to scaling.

That’s where we come in.

We build and manage dedicated remote team members from the Philippines, fully integrated into your business from day one — without the complexity of hiring and managing it yourself.

Leadership at StaffWiz has its ups and downs
Pros: The team culture among peers is really strong. As a Technical Recruiter, I enjoyed the challenging assignments and working with cutting-edge startup clients. The Austin, TX office is pretty modern too, which is nice.
Cons: Leadership sometimes seems out of touch with what's happening on the ground. There's a lack of clear strategy from upper management, especially for mid-sized tech company growth. Decisions often feel rushed without proper communication.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing a clearer vision and communicating it effectively. Engage with employees more to understand daily challenges. Invest in leadership training for middle managers to improve team support and career paths for HR tech professionals.
