Pros: The 401k match is pretty solid. It's a decent perk for a big corporate company. As a Software Engineer, the health insurance options are actually quite good.
Cons: Salaries for fintech solutions feel a bit low. We're not competitive with other big tech in Atlanta, GA. Bonuses aren't very transparent. Don't expect huge raises each year.

Pros: The base salary for a Software Engineer here in the Atlanta, GA office is pretty competitive, which is nice. They've also got a solid 401k match, which definitely helps with long-term planning. It's a big corporate environment, so the pay structure is pretty clear.
