Pros: I've really enjoyed my time here as a Software Engineer. The work flexibility is a major plus; you can definitely manage your own schedule, which is great for work-life balance. We have good hybrid options and my team is super supportive. There's also lots of opportunity for learning new technologies in the software development space, which keeps things interesting.
Cons: Sometimes the project approval processes can be a bit slow, which occasionally causes delays. Also, while there's growth, promotions don't always happen as quickly as I'd hope, especially for individual contributors in tech.
