Great Culture and Learning, Needs Career Path Clarity
Pros: As a Software Engineer, the company culture is definitely a major plus. Colleagues are incredibly supportive and collaborative, fostering a great environment for learning and growth in the tech industry. The strong team spirit makes my work feel valued and genuinely enjoyable daily.
Cons: My main constructive feedback concerns career progression; promotions are slow, and the path isn't always clear. Additionally, inter-departmental communication sometimes feels disjointed, occasionally hindering efficiency.
Advice to Management: Focus on making the career progression framework more transparent and accessible. Clearer communication channels between different departments would also greatly improve project workflows and overall efficiency for software development teams.

Pay is okay, but benefits need work
Pros: The base salary for a Junior Marketing Associate is actually pretty decent, especially for a remote role. They do offer some basic benefits, and the 401k match is there, even if it's not super generous. It's stable for a mid-sized company in the creative agency space.
Cons: Health insurance premiums are really high, which eats into your take-home pay. There aren't many unique perks or supplemental benefits you'd expect from a modern company. Raises aren't very frequent, and bonuses are pretty rare, making it tough to feel truly valued financially.
Advice to Management: Review the entire compensation and benefits package. Competitive health benefits would really boost morale and attract more talent, especially for remote positions. Consider more frequent performance-based raises and clearer paths for financial advancement.

Project Coordinator

Culture is okay, but it's a busy place.
Pros: People here are generally pretty friendly. There's a decent team vibe, especially if you're in the NYC office. As a Project Coordinator, I've learned a lot from my immediate teammates.
Cons: It can feel a bit cliquey sometimes; not everyone includes new folks. Leadership communication isn't always clear, which makes things tough. For a mid-sized company, it sometimes feels more corporate than it needs to.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving internal communication and making an effort to integrate new hires more effectively into the existing teams. Transparency from leadership would go a long way.
