Pros: When there are big audiovisual projects, the work is steady and the team in the Atlanta, GA office is solid. You get to learn a lot about new event technology systems and the team is really collaborative on site.
Cons: Job security isn't great for AV installation roles if project flow slows down. They often hire contract workers, and full-time status feels iffy sometimes. It's tough when big projects end abruptly.
Advice to Management: Try to create more stable roles or communicate better about the long-term pipeline for audiovisual projects. Transparency on future work would really help with employee morale.

Pros: I've learned a ton about complex AV systems and event production in the Los Angeles office. The team on the installation crew is really solid, and we help each other out with difficult audiovisual setup.
Cons: Work-life balance here isn't great. We often work super long hours, especially during big event production seasons. Sometimes there's last-minute travel to client sites in Southern California, which makes personal plans hard.
Advice to Management: Try to schedule more predictably for the installation crew. It'd help with burnout and make work-life balance better for everyone working on AV projects.
