Decent Place, But Job Security Can Be Tricky
Pros: Working as a Resource Coordinator here was generally fine. The team in the Austin, TX office is super friendly, and the company culture at this mid-sized company is pretty solid. We had good benefits and some decent IT support resources.
Cons: The main issue is job security, especially if you're in project-based roles. Contracts sometimes don't get renewed, and it can feel a bit unstable. They don't always communicate changes clearly, which adds to the stress.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about project longevity and job outlook. It would really help reduce anxiety for employees, especially those in contract-dependent positions.

Decent Culture, Can Be Tough on Frontline
Pros: As an HR Coordinator, I've seen pretty good teamwork. People often help each other out, which is nice. The remote setup allows for flexibility, and there are virtual social events to connect.
Cons: Leadership communication can be tough sometimes. It feels like feedback from administrative roles isn't always valued. The company culture often feels a bit top-down.
Advice to Management: Listen more to your frontline staff. Seriously consider their feedback to make the company culture truly inclusive for everyone, not just leadership. It'll help with overall morale.
