Cons: The flexibility can feel a bit arbitrary depending on your direct manager. As a Financial Analyst, I sometimes struggle with team meetings being scheduled on my WFH days, forcing me into the office. It's not a truly flexible work culture for all roles.
Advice to Management: Standardize the hybrid policy across all departments. Give managers clearer guidelines on supporting work-life balance and true flexible hours, not just WFH days.
