Leadership needs to step up the game
Pros: You're surrounded by some really smart people here. As a Recruitment Consultant, I learned a lot from my peers. The training for new hires in the executive search space is actually pretty solid.
Cons: Leadership feels pretty disconnected from the day-to-day. There isn't much direct mentorship, especially for senior Recruitment Consultant roles. Decisions often come down without clear reasoning, making things tough.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present and transparent with your teams. Listen to the feedback from the Recruitment Consultants on the ground. Invest more in leadership development across all levels.

Leadership needs to step it up a bit
Pros: I did get to work on some interesting executive search projects. It's a solid place to learn the ropes of the recruitment industry if you're new. The team atmosphere among peers was pretty good too.
Cons: Leadership felt hit-or-miss. Some managers totally micromanaged, which made daily tasks tough. Others were too hands-off. There's not enough consistent support or clear direction from the top for new consultants.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to standardize training and support for team leads. Consistency in leadership style would make a huge difference for everyone, especially for us Recruitment Consultants.
