Career growth feels pretty slow for recruiters.
Pros: It's a decent place to learn the basics of IT staffing. You get good exposure to different tech clients early on. The Atlanta, GA office has a solid team vibe, which helps.
Cons: Career advancement for an IT Recruiter felt really limited. There weren't many senior positions opening up, so promotion paths were unclear. It's tough to move past a certain point in this mid-sized firm without someone leaving.
