Pros: The teams are solid and supportive. Everyone works together to meet deadlines in electrical components manufacturing. There's good job security in the industry, which is a big plus.
Cons: Work-life balance is a serious issue for me as a Production Supervisor. Expect long hours, often 10-12 hour days onsite. Weekends can get swallowed up by work during peak production, making a personal life tough in the Hong Kong office.
Advice to Management: Please look into better staffing and resource allocation. Giving Production Supervisors more support would really help prevent burnout and improve retention.
