Cons: Project deadlines, especially in mortgage software development, can sometimes get really intense. You might find yourself putting in longer hours during crunch times, which impacts personal life. It's not always a consistent 40-hour week, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Try to plan projects better to avoid those last-minute sprints for development teams. More consistent workload management would really help employee morale and overall work-life balance for roles like mine.
