Pros: FABCOM offers a pretty solid 401k match, which is good for a mid-sized company in the consumer electronics industry. The PTO policy is standard; you get what you expect. As a Marketing Specialist, I felt the base pay was fair, not great.
Cons: However, the health insurance premiums are really high; it eats into your take-home pay a lot. They don't really offer much flexibility in benefits beyond the basics. For marketing roles, I think compensation could be more competitive in the Dallas, TX area.
Advice to Management: Look at reducing health insurance costs and offer more competitive salaries, especially for experienced marketing roles. It would help retain talent.
