Pros: Work-life balance as a Product Designer here is decent for the most part. They do offer a hybrid model, so I get a couple of WFH days which helps a lot. It's nice to have that flexibility when you need it.
Cons: Sometimes, project deadlines for digital product development can get really intense. I've had weeks where I'm definitely working more than 40 hours. It's a typical startup pace, especially if you're working from the Jakarta office.
Advice to Management: Focus on better project scoping and realistic deadlines. This would really help improve work-life balance for folks in Product Designer roles.
