Pros: For a Production Supervisor, the daily routine is pretty solid. We mostly stick to 8-hour shifts, which is good for onsite work in Kuala Lumpur. Weekends are usually free, which helps with family time.
Cons: Sometimes, big project deadlines mean longer hours, especially in production. You don't always get to leave right at quitting time if there's an issue on the production floor. Flexibility isn't really a thing here.
