Pros: You get good exposure to mobile health tech and AI solutions. Colleagues are generally supportive, especially within the software development teams. It's a stable mid-sized tech company in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: The company culture can feel really old-school; there isn't much room for new ideas. As a Software Engineer, I found leadership pretty distant and feedback was often lacking. Work-life balance suffers due to unclear project timelines.
Advice to Management: Try to encourage more open communication and really listen to employee suggestions. A more modern approach to company culture would really help retention, especially for the tech roles.
