Remote Work is the Best Part Here

Pros: As a Curriculum Developer, I really appreciate the remote work option. It's great to not commute, and I can often manage my own schedule. This flexibility is key for an online learning platform.
Cons: Sometimes it feels like you're expected to be 'always on' even remotely. Meetings can pop up late in the day, which cuts into that WFH flexibility. It's not a true 9-to-5 setup.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for work hours, even for your remote teams. This helps prevent burnout and truly supports the flexible work model. Show more
