Pros: You get a lot of autonomy as a Property Manager. The work is steady and being onsite in the Kuala Lumpur office means you build good relationships with residents. It's a decent place if you like hands-on property management.
Cons: Leadership can be really inconsistent. Decisions change often, which makes planning tough for the team. There's not much clear direction or vision from the top, which impacts day-to-day operations.
Advice to Management: Focus on consistent communication and providing a clear long-term strategy for the team. Empower your direct reports more instead of micromanaging or changing plans last minute.
