Culture's a bit rough, but decent stability.
Pros: Job security is pretty solid here. As a Junior Software Engineer, I felt the initial training was good enough to get started. The Kuala Lumpur office location is convenient.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit traditional and slow for a corporate environment. There's not much encouragement for new ideas, and internal communication isn't always transparent. It's tough to feel truly engaged.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a more open and innovative culture. Encourage feedback and celebrate new ideas, especially from junior staff. Improve internal communication channels. Show more
