Pros: My team in the Chicago office was generally supportive, which made daily tasks as a Property Manager a bit easier. There's a solid casual dress code, and break room facilities are decent.
Cons: Upper management often seems disconnected from the ground level. It can feel like there's a lack of recognition for hard work. The overall company culture sometimes felt a bit cliquey, which was tough for new hires.
Advice to Management: Listen more to your frontline Property Managers and work on fostering a more inclusive environment for all employees, not just the long-timers. Recognize good work when you see it.
