Pros: Some of the immediate supervisors are pretty decent. They're good at handling daily issues on the production line. For those of us in manufacturing roles, it makes a difference.
Cons: The higher-ups, though? They often feel disconnected from the Selangor plant floor. Important decisions are slow, and it messes with our efficiency. Leadership here could really improve.
Advice to Management: Senior management should spend more time understanding the day-to-day challenges on the manufacturing floor. Improving internal communication would also help everyone.
