Decent culture, but watch the long hours

Pros: The team here is genuinely friendly. We often help each other out, which is good for new Business Analyst roles. There's a decent sense of camaraderie in the Malaysia office.
Cons: Project deadlines can make the work environment really stressful. Sometimes, the hierarchy feels rigid for a consulting firm. It's tough to get clear feedback sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to ease up on project intensity. More focus on clear communication channels for all consulting staff would really help. Show more
