Okay Work-Life Balance for Construction Role
Pros: It's generally okay as a Project Coordinator. Most weeks you don't work crazy hours, and weekends are usually free. The team tries to keep things sane when possible, which is good for personal time.
Cons: When a home builder project hits a snag or a deadline looms, be ready for long days. There's not much work flexibility during these crunch periods, especially with frequent onsite visits. It can be tough to balance personal life then.
Advice to Management: Try to improve project planning to reduce those last-minute rushes. It would really help with employee burnout. Show more
