Hybrid Work is Decent, But Needs Tweaks

Pros: I appreciate the hybrid work model here. Being a Product Specialist, it's nice to have some remote flexibility in the health and wellness industry. It definitely helps avoid the daily Kuala Lumpur traffic a few days a week.
Cons: The 'hybrid' part can sometimes feel like just an option, not a real policy. There's often pressure to come into the Kuala Lumpur office on WFH days for last-minute meetings. This makes true work flexibility tough sometimes.
Advice to Management: Managers should respect the hybrid work arrangement more. Don't call people into the office at the last minute if they're scheduled for WFH. Consistent application of policy is key. Show more
