Hybrid Work is Fine, Some Room for Improvement
Pros: The hybrid model is a solid perk here. We get 2-3 days work from home (WFH) for most roles, which helps a lot with commuting in Kuala Lumpur traffic. It's good for juggling personal appointments too.
