Since its establishment in 1997 (then known as Elite Plasmach), Elite Plastech has specialised in designing and building high performance extrusion blow moulding machines. Over time, our machines have proven to be reliable and capable of meeting the high demands of our customers; and have quickly made us the leading blow moulding manufacturer in Malaysia. To this day, we continue to meet our customers ́ production requirements with our in-house manufactured, custom built, technologically advanced blow moulding machines. Elite ́s blow moulding machines come in a wide range of configurations; from an open-looped system to a closed-looped, fully proportional design; from a simple bottle ejection mechanism to an in-line, automatic deflashing, leak-testing and transfer system; from a single cavity to 16 cavities with multiple layers, view stripe and parison wall thickness control. We have the skills and knowledge to answer any production challenge with a turn-key solution. In order to ensure that our machines maintain their reliability and performance, we choose to only use parts from internationally renowned manufacturers such as Bosch Rexroth, Yuken, Omron, Autonics, Camozzi, Barber Colman and Beckhoff. Our machines are also all designed with a high service factor, reducing wear and tear on its parts and allowing the machine to maintain its desired cycle speed over its life span.
