YLF Offers Stable Work in Manufacturing

Pros: For a Production Line Supervisor, the job security is solid. They've been around a long time in the Penang office. You don't worry about layoffs much in this traditional manufacturing industry setting. The work is consistent and reliable.
Cons: Career growth can be slow sometimes; there's not always a clear path forward for onsite roles. Pay increases aren't huge either. It's a bit old-school, so work flexibility isn't really a thing here. No WFH for manufacturing roles, obviously.
Advice to Management: Try to create more defined career progression paths for your Production Line Supervisors and other long-term employees. Modernize some of the processes to keep people engaged. Show more
