Pros: The work environment is pretty chill; I appreciate the WFH setup. It’s a good place to get your feet wet in course development if you're new to the EdTech industry. The team's decent, we collaborate well on projects.
Cons: However, career growth here is tough. There aren't many opportunities to move up, especially for senior Content Developer roles. Pay raises are usually just cost-of-living, not much more. I feel like my skills for online education aren't really being challenged to grow.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to create clearer career paths and invest more in professional development. Also, review compensation to stay competitive for roles like Content Developer. It would help retain talent in this remote EdTech setup.
