Decent Flexibility, But Needs Consistency

Pros: I appreciate the option for a hybrid model; we get 2 WFH days a week. It's good for managing personal appointments, especially working as a Digital Marketing Specialist where some tasks can be done remotely.
Cons: The WFH policy isn't always consistent, sometimes managers push for more onsite days suddenly. It makes planning tough, and in this fast-paced online advertising industry, predictable schedules are key. It's a common issue in our Kuala Lumpur office.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the work-from-home policy more. Clear communication on WFH days would help a lot with employee planning and morale, especially for those in client-facing or campaign management roles. Show more
