Pros: I did learn a lot about client management as an Account Coordinator. You get to work on diverse projects, which is good for building skills.
Cons: Job security isn't great, honestly. They tend to let people go pretty fast if project scopes change. For a mid-sized management firm, headcount changes often with client needs.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more stable contracts for employees or better communication about future project pipelines. Transparency really helps morale when job security feels low.
