Leadership needs some serious development here.

Pros: Some team leads are genuinely supportive, especially with daily operational tasks. I got to work on various human resource solutions projects, which was decent for my resume. They're pretty solid with pay and benefits for an HR and recruitment firm.
Cons: Upper management often seems out of touch with what's happening on the ground for Project Coordinator roles. Decision-making can be slow, and feedback isn't always clear or consistent. It's hard to get real career guidance.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving communication from the top down. Offer more structured mentorship and clearer paths for career growth, especially for those in Project Coordinator roles. Get more involved with the ground team. Show more

Recruitment Consultant

Okay for a start, but work-life balance is tough

Pros: I've learned a ton about the recruitment industry, especially client management. The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally supportive, which helps when things get stressful. Good for building foundational skills as a Recruitment Consultant.
Cons: Work-life balance is really tough here. Expect to work past 7 PM often, sometimes even weekends, especially nearing month-end targets. It's hard to switch off after work and have personal time.
Advice to Management: Try to set clearer boundaries for working hours. It would really help improve employee well-being and reduce burnout, especially for entry-level Recruitment Consultants. Show more
