Pay is okay, but benefits could improve here.

Pros: The base salary for a Sales Executive is pretty competitive. You get paid on time, which is always good. Commission structure is clear, so you know what you're working for in this fittings industry.
Cons: Medical benefits are quite basic; don't expect much. There aren't many extra perks or allowances, which is tough in a city like Kuala Lumpur. No real bonus structure outside of sales commission, which isn't ideal for a mid-sized company.
Advice to Management: Consider enhancing the benefits package, especially medical coverage and introducing performance-based bonuses beyond just sales commission. It would help attract and retain talent in the competitive industrial valves market in Kuala Lumpur. Show more
