Pros: When there aren't huge project launches, the work-life balance for a Marketing Coordinator is actually decent. You can usually stick to 9-to-5, which is nice. The team is supportive and helps out when things get busy in the Kuala Lumpur office.
Cons: But during major entertainment product launches, expect to say goodbye to your evenings and weekends. You'll definitely be working long hours, sometimes past 9 PM. It's hard to plan anything personal during those crazy periods.
Advice to Management: Try to better manage the workload during peak project launch times. More temporary support or clearer communication about 'crunch' periods would really help employees manage their expectations and personal lives.
